Our preference: short positions below 0.6975 with targets at 0.6910 & 0.6890 in extension.
Alternative scenario: above 0.6975 look for further upside with 0.7000 & 0.7020 as targets.
Comment: as long as the resistance at 0.6975 is not surpassed, the risk of the break below 0.6910 remains high.
